this all started in 2002 when some family menbers lost in parents home, my mother died in 1999 some of my late sister grown childern where living in her house and others where renting other homes in same property to make a long story short when she died they told that she had left her estate to them me beening nice and already had my own home it not question her wishes 2 years later i come to fine out that they lost the estate because the loan company forclosed on them and then they told me that they lied to me that they were not the inheritor i was but they were doing everthing illegal to hold the truth from me like looking for a cruked notuary to make them a new will,in the forccloser i learned all this from them, now 5 years later i had several laywersto help me i got the estate back through the grace of god, but now they also get a laywer and are coming back for their share of the inheritance and their laywer is put my family and me in a lot srress i need the lord jesus in my side for help and support and fair judgement from the law please help me and my family and my health because i,ve had 3 surgerys as well and please help us financial becaues all this have cost my family and a lot of money almost 2000,00 so far thank you and god bless diaz family

He has been through two massive heart attacks, a quadruple bypass surgery, a surgery to attach his heart to a temporary heart device, a surgery to unattach the device from his left side, pneumonia, two strokes, and now a possible infection. His chest has been open for two weeks now they cannot close it because of swelling and because the right side of his heart is still attached to the artifical device which is helping to keep him alive along with the ventilator. This has all happened in the last few weeks. Please pray for a total healing of my God loving husband the love of my life. In Jesus most precious name I pray He has suffered another stroke and they don't think he will make it. They have taken him off sedation and he still is unresponsive. Please pray for a miracle. If I speak to the Pastors they repeat what I have said to one of the Churches worst gossips and trouble maker Dennis - who then spreads it around the office and Church. Then I have people coming up to me in my work place making sly remarks or asking intrusive questions or asking me to explain myself! Something is very wrong here. I am very nervous. In August of 2006 a cab driver failed to yield the right-of-way to me (pedestrian). When he stoped, I was stretched out on the front of the hood of his car. I lost my balance when I stood up and fell to the ground. Adding insult to injury, a witness came over to give me her hand to help me off the ground while the driver gets out of his automobile and doesn't even offer a helping hand or ask if I'm ok. I told him that I only wanted to get to a doctor and be sure that I'm ok physically...he was so thoughtless. I didn't and don't want to get anyone in trouble -- I only wanted to get to the doctor. When the police arrived, he was still denying any fault. Please pray for me that I will use the right words and remain calm during the testimony. Turns out he was issued a ticket of which he is contesting, which is why the State now wants me to testify in their behalf. I have never been to court or on trial (this one is by jury) before. Please pray for me. It is true that he did not hit with an impact that threw me any distance -- but the fact that I ended up strattled his hood and the fact that he didn't even care enough to offer me a hand to get up or see if I was ok is insult to injury. I don't know if the police were able to contact my witness for court. God did not give me a spirit of fear, so I rebuke that spirit in Jesus' name. The police were so rude to me that day, like I was the one who had done wrong. There was no dirt or tear in my pants and shirt so they made it sound like I was not telling the truth. When I tried to get one officer to look at my hand prints on the hood of the vehicle, he said that he looked and didn't see anything -- when I stepped back over to the vehicle and found the marks and asked him again to please come and look, he would not. Another officer did look and said that he saw something --- "something?" -- it was my hand marks. Lord, I was so humiliated in my spirit I wanted to cry. Please Lord, You were there and You know what happened. The only thing that bothers my soul is did I have to fall down? If I had not fallen down, would everything have been OK? The pain that I went through was because of the fall -- I remember saying to myself as I began to stand up: "just may as well go ahead and fall down..." it was part two of the humiliation of being on the hood of his vehicle -- everyone was looking. Lord, forgive me if I should not have let my body go down. I don't want to cause any trouble and I don't want to get into any trouble. Saints, Jesus, Holy Spirit, please pray for me. And I also pray for the driver -- his behavior was that of "he just didn't care." Maybe he felt that if he had shown compassion it would have been admission of guilt -- I don't know and I'm stressing myself out trying to figure out what he was thinking. Pain and suffering? The mental anguish has been awful. I hate the day that this happened. I have always been a safety-conscious person, now I'm almost paranoid when it comes to crossing the street. Please pray for me. I just pray that the guy doesn't show up for court and the case is dismissed. I really don't want to go to court -- just settle out of court -- I ask God for favor and mercy, defend me Lord and have mercy on this man also, Lord -- driving a cab is his way of making an income, as far as I know and I don't want to take that from him, yet I would like to be compensated for the emotional anguish that I have gone through because of the accident. I am more careful, even more than I have ever been before Lord, have mercy on me and watch over me as I cross streets and watch over those who are driving. Please have mercy on me Lord, please let this man keep his job and if it's OK with you, since I did not sue, will you touch the hearts of those working the insurance case grant me the maximum allowed. My out of pocket medical and prescriptions have been only a little over $200 with only 2-3 days off work. Lord, I need furniture and a vehicle, is it possible for the insurance to pay enough to help me get both those things. I especially need a bed and I need new shoes -- my feet hurt so bad. I also go to the doctor tomorrow because my right breast has been hurting pretty bad -- please give me a healed report. This is too much for me Lord, please hold me. My efforts to bring her back have been enormous but with quite very little success (thanks to earlier prayers). Truly speaking since she left my five years daughter Monica on October 24th 2006 we only saw her once. She came but was quite brief with us and did some house chores. I tried getting in touch with her where her stepmother Everlyne had taken her for a house maid job. My attempts to talk to her well have failed and my daughter has developed lots of stress and at times urinates every ten minutes. I got so worked up that I called her boss hoping to make things better and this must have made her (my wife judith) more mad but I did it in good faith and out of desperation. . Her boss (Mama Hamza - meaning mother to Hamza as one of her children is called hamza , Mama Hamza is a Somali who is a Muslim.) listened to me and agreed that I may visit her the following day together with my daughter Monica. The following day together with one of my wife’s cousin I went but all got worse. We were not allowed to go past the main gate and the security people informed us that we are not supposed to step at the territory. From a distant we saw her (my wife Judith) sweep and she waved to her cousin, I also lifted my daughter who saw her. Her boss did not receive any of my calls anymore and as I write this, things are quite bad for me. My wife is quite stubborn and uncooperative but she is forgetting the five plus years we have been together and the pain our daughter is going through. Please pray for the change of her stubborn heart. I am ready to forgive her fully and unconditionally only that my system is currently too weak due to the suffering I have been through since she left, Schools have openened and our daughter has not yet reported due to her absence. please pray for my son's father to get through the difficult times in his life. to open his heart to the lord and be able to forgive, and let go of his resentments and anger that he holds inside. for him to be able to talk openly about his feelings. for him to realize how much his son and i love him and worry about him. for the two of us to find the love we once shared and for him to come back to us and be able to raise our son in a loving family. for him to be able to open his eyes and see that our love is stronger than drugs. and for him to see that all jamie is offering him is the life of drugs and deception and for her to stop enabling him. please pray for his return to our family.for him to continue with therapy and heal.
